bluegollumer This is a great folk punk album which I listen to with great frequency. I found it randomly and later realized its connections to Black Heart Rebellion, a band on the DIY Bandits that I bought years ago. It was well worth the ten bucks. Favorite track: I Rarely Think of You.

about

A refreshing dose of folk punk with a very slight country tinge at times. Catchy acoustic and electric music, poetic lyrics that make you wanna hit the road and a dash of anarchist insight all linger throughout this release. If Johnny Hobo and Erik Peterson grew up in a punk house maintained by Bob Dylan on some lone country road and all three got together every sunset to play music on their front porch for the ghost of Woody Guthrie it would most likely sound like this. Overall you get a collection of songs that document that romantic misery that anyone who ever spent time on the road will relate to.
